If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.

This is why we’ve made returns and exchanges quick and easy. You have 1WK from the time you receive your pods to get in touch with us to request a refund. We'll even cover return shipping. We simply ask that products be returned in their original condition. To start the process, please get in touch with us by sending your order number to hello@4wks.coffee.

If I return my pods, will I get a full refund?

Of course. If you wish to return items from your order, we'll refund the full purchase price. Products just need to be in original condition and packaging.

Can I exchange my 4WKS pods or 4WKS jar?

4WKS pods + 4WKS jars are not exchangeable.

Received the wrong pods?

Oops! What happened there? If this was our mistake, and you need your caffeine fix urgently, please place a new order. As soon as we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund.
